Fluentician agentic content workflow

I design automation and build internal tools that help people work with it. That includes improving the workflow itself and creating interfaces for reviewing generated content, correcting results, approving actions and supervising progress.

Automation changes what people do, but it also changes what they need to understand and control.

A system generating content may need an editorial workspace. A process carrying out tasks may need a place to review proposed actions, handle exceptions and see what has happened.

I can help design those experiences whether you are exploring a new automation or already have the underlying system in place. We can investigate the process, define the interaction and build a focused internal tool around it. The scope follows the work people need to accomplish and the decisions they remain responsible for.

MAKING AUTOMATED WORK USABLE

  • Find the work worth changing

Understand the recurring tasks, handoffs and decisions before choosing what to automate. We start with how the process works today, including the effort that sits between formal steps: copying information, checking results, chasing an approval or resolving an exception.

Interviews, observation and process mapping can make that work visible.

I help identify which steps should be simplified, removed or supported differently, then assess where automation could contribute. We consider how often the task occurs, how variable the inputs are and what happens when something goes wrong. This gives the project a concrete purpose and helps avoid moving unnecessary work into a more complicated system.

  • Design how the automation fits the process

Decide what the system handles, what information it needs and where people should remain involved. Some steps can follow explicit rules. Others involve variable language or content, where an AI capability may be useful.

We examine those differences and design the workflow around the task, the available data and the consequences of a poor result.

That includes deciding when automation should run, what it passes to the next step and which actions need review. For a content workflow, generating a draft, checking it and publishing it may belong to separate stages with different responsibilities. I make those relationships explicit so the experience works for the people operating it as well as the system performing the task.

  • Give people an interface to the work

Create the workspace people need to inspect outputs, make corrections and supervise what the automation is doing. Generated content needs somewhere to be worked on. I can design interfaces for reviewing drafts, comparing versions, checking source material, editing results and deciding which items are ready to move forward.

The interface should give people the context needed for their judgement, with a manageable way to handle individual items or a larger queue.

For task automation, the needs may centre on process status, proposed actions, approvals and exceptions. People may need to pause work, change an input, retry a step or understand why a result needs attention.

If the automation already exists, I can focus on this experience around it. We define the responsibilities of different users and design how they see, influence and recover the work. The result may be an editorial tool, an approval interface or an operational workspace, depending on the process.

  • Build and test a focused internal tool

Bring the agreed workflow and interface into a working tool, then assess it with realistic tasks. I can build an internal tool around the agreed process and suitable connections to your existing tools or AI capabilities.

We define its intended users, data access, core functions and handoff before deciding the implementation approach.

Testing considers the whole task: whether people can understand the status, judge the output, correct a problem and complete the work with an appropriate level of effort. We can also examine processing time, rework, exception handling and operating costs where those affect the decision.

You leave with the agreed tool or design handoff, a record of its scope and a clearer view of what should be developed next. Responsibilities for ongoing maintenance and operation are agreed as part of the engagement.
